I was really happy with these coins when they showed up. They were clean, looked sharp, and I didn’t notice any scratches or weird marks at all. they looked GREAT right out of the package.

This site was such a pain to use. Checkout kept messing up over and over, and I wasted way too much time trying to get my order through. I really wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve avoided the whole thing

and I’ve had a good experience browsing here so far. There’s a lot to choose from, especially with the coins and bars, which I really like. I just wish some of the popular items would stay in stock a little longer.

I don’t know why there aren’t more ways to pay. The options they have just don’t really work well for me, and it makes the whole checkout process more annoying than it needs to be...

It was just one of those average experiences where it got the job done but didn’t really impress me.

Also, I wish the next steps after ordering were a little clearer, I found myself wondering what was supposed to happen next or when I should expect updates. Overall okay, just not as smooth as it could be.

Okay, mini rant: the coins themselves were fine, which I’m glad about, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up all beat up, and everything felt way too loose inside. Like… come on, if you’re shipping coins, at least make sure they’re packed securely. Product was okay, but the packaging definitely needs improvement.

My order ended up taking longer than I expected, which would’ve been fine if the communication had been better. But I had to keep reaching out myself just to find out what was going on?? And even when I did get a reply, it felt vague. I don’t mind waiting when someone keeps me in the loop, but this was just frustrating. Not really the level of service I was expecting.

Got the coins and they checked out as real, so no complaints there. Shipping was decent too, nothing crazy fast but totally fine. i was relaxed about the whole thing, WAIT, that authentication part mattered a lot to me. Anyway, everything turned out good.

Canceling was easy enough, honestly. The return took a little longer than I expected, and I remember checking on it while making coffee one morning because apparently that’s when I handle all my boring errands. But they did take care of it in the end, so no real complaints.
